Information you choose to send

The contact page offers email and phone links. Its project inquiry form prepares a draft in your email application; the website does not submit or save that form. If you send the draft, we receive the details you include, such as your name, email address, chosen topic and message.

We use inquiry details to read and respond to your message, discuss a possible project and maintain related business correspondence. For steps requested before a possible agreement, the basis may be Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For general business correspondence, the basis may be our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and managing professional relationships under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where records must be kept by law, Article 6(1)(c) may apply.

Website visits and service providers

When you visit, technical information such as your IP address, browser details and requested pages may be handled by the hosting service to deliver and protect the site. This site is published through Sites, which uses Cloudflare infrastructure. The site also requests DM Sans and Space Grotesk fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to load them. Emails sent to us are handled through our Outlook mailbox.

These providers may process information under their own privacy terms. If you want details about a provider relevant to an inquiry, contact us using the address above.

Cookies and local storage

The website code does not include analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies. The hosting service may use technical cookies or similar storage needed for delivery and security. This site saves one browser preference in local storage, ifdex-cookie-notice-dismissed, only after you close the cookie notice. It remembers that you have seen the notice; it is not used for tracking. You can remove it through your browser’s site-data settings.

Because this site does not use optional analytics or advertising cookies, the notice is informational rather than a request to accept tracking. If optional tracking is added later, this page and the site controls will need updating before it is activated.

How long information is kept

Inquiry correspondence is kept while needed to address the conversation and any related business matter. If a relationship begins, relevant records may be kept for applicable accounting, contractual or legal requirements. Technical hosting records are managed according to the hosting provider’s retention practices. You can ask us about the retention of a particular inquiry.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can make a request at ifdexx.pavels@outlook.com. You can also complain to Poland’s data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Providing inquiry details is voluntary, but we need a way to contact you to reply. We do not use the website to make automated decisions about visitors.
